How to make your shake

Mix 2 scoops (26 g) of Formula 1 with 250 ml of semi-skimmed milk or a fortified soy drink. Shake or blend until smooth. For a thicker shake, add ice. For extra protein, add Protein Drink Mix, which has a light vanilla taste that goes with every flavour.
