Healthy Spiced Protein Latte

Healthy Spiced Protein Latte (hot, ~120–160 kcal) Perfect for cozy autumn mornings with steady energy and minimal sugar.

Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Formula 1 Healthy Meal – Vanilla Cream (or Mint & Chocolate for a mocha twist)
  • 1 scoop Protein Drink Mix Vegan (optional for extra creaminess and protein)
  • 180–200 ml hot (not boiling) almond milk or skim milk
  • 60–80 ml strong brewed coffee or espresso
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • Pinch ground nutmeg or allspice
  • Optional sweetener: 1/2–1 tsp honey or stevia to taste
Method
  1. Brew coffee/espresso. Heat milk until steaming (not boiling).
  2. In a heatproof jug, whisk the spices into the hot milk.
  3. Add Formula 1 (and Protein Drink Mix Vegan if using). Whisk or froth until smooth and silky.
  4. Pour coffee into a mug, top with the spiced protein milk. Dust a tiny pinch of cinnamon. Serve hot.
Make it caffeine-free
  • Swap coffee for strong rooibos or decaf black tea.
Make it extra light
  • Use only Formula 1 (skip PDM Vegan), unsweetened almond milk, and no added sweetener.
