Healthy Snack Recipe: Energy Bites
When you need a quick, healthy snack, these no-bake energy bites are the answer. Packed with protein and fiber, they’re perfect for on-the-go or an afternoon pick-me-up.
- 1 scoop Tri Blend Select (any flavor)
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts
- 2 tbsp dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
- Roll into small balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
